The class cancellation policy is 12 hours. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will result in a loss of credit.
No-shows are charged at a loss of credit for package or subscription options.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your class.
If running late please notify the studio and we will save your space. We reserve the right to give your space to a client on standby after 5 minutes of the class start time. New clients may be refused entry to class if late.
